Overall, the experience was disappointing. The environment appeared unsanitary, and while we waited more than thirty minutes for our food, we observed a staff member putting her fingers in her mouth, using her phone, and working without a hairnet. There also did not seem to be any sense of urgency among the employees. When we finally received our order, the blast was completely melted and we had to request a replacement.

Took advantage of the BOGO special. Burger not seasoned and lettuce was extremely wilted! Picture doesn't do justice. Hopefully lettuce will be fresh next time. TOO BAD YOU DON'T GET HALF OFF DRINKS LIKE BEFORE...

I shouldn't have to doctor up my food because you guys are allergic to making stuff correctly. Anytime I order a drink that has cream, or the dirty Dr Pepper, it tastes like I'm drinking straight lime juice with Dr Pepper sprinkled in. One time I had 6 limes in a singular drink... You're supposed to put 2 max. ๐คข
Not to mention stale food. I've had fries so hard it feels like I'm about to break a tooth, and buns so stale I had to eat just the hotdog.
I've also called the store a couple of times, normally I don't have a problem with waiting or the phone not being answered, however, the last time I called the store, he answered, listened to about 3 words and then hung up on me. I called again thinking it was an issue on my end but he did it again. My partner called on his phone only for the same thing to happen.
I have worked in the fast food industry, and I completely understand how difficult it can be, but there's absolutely not excuse for this quality of service and food.
โญ Hi, just reposting this to be sure this is reread! I hardly ever have problems with stores, infact, even if I have a mild experience I always to come up with the good in hopes that I just came on an off day.
You should manage your own employees, considering how many awful reviews there are of this location. I shouldn't have to bother your staff about my experience because I know they won't listen because, I am not their manager. Speak with them yourselves. It's not the customers job to rally the team. We've made many reviews and given many complaints.
