My “large” chili cheese fries was basically a small and had a hair in it. I don’t know why it’s taking so long for them to give me my money back. This is so annoying

So I called them to see why and they said because they’re cleaning their kitchen vents, that’s why they were closed… That’s unacceptable, they should be able to make food like anywhere else or at least have it to where they have notes in store for instances like that… only place I order from after 12 am because they’re open. And now I have to wait 5-7 business days for money to get back on my card… very lazy work on their part
