I ordered something and they didn't have it and they refunded my money even though they did offer to exchange. They're the only Sonic that offered to refund my money anytime what I ordered isn't available so I think they're good for that.

Me and my bf went late last night after we got out of work…he found a hair in his food (disgusting) this was after a pretty rude and very slow drive thru experience already. Pretty gross overall
