They force you to order larger sizes, so we couldn’t get the smalls we wanted, and now we’re sitting here with two medium cups of vanilla ice cream, and to make matters worse, they weren’t even filled to the top.

To start, my family and I were in one of the stalls and we placed our order at 1:23 pm and we waited almost 1 hour for our food and still didn’t receive our order. Then we asked if they knew how much longer and the lady we talked to said you still haven’t received your order? I responded with no and that it’s obnoxious to wait an hour for food that is supposed to be “fast”, but when we received our order, the food was cold! Then we all wanted ice cream and got it right away but it was melted! Me and my family were so disappointed and threw away the ice cream. Unbelievable how a restaurant that is labeled as a fast food joint is taking a whole hour.
