Great slushies and ice cream, the worker Jacob Atilano, in specific, was also very friendly and made our slushies with pace and care! 10/10 service and food, would recommend!

Waited 40 mins for a slushie, ended up going and asking twice and when I went the last time it was just sitting there and the team members were just talking standing around :/

I went here twice recently. Both times, I pulled into a stall and pressed the red button. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. Finally, someone answers and mutters, “Would you please go through the drive thru?” The first time, fine. I did. And I ordered. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. To have them completely screw up the order. And I mean completely. Not even close to what I ordered. But I like Sonic. So I give them one more try the next day. Same thing. Pull into a stall. Push the button. “Would you please go through the drive thru?” Second time? No. I won’t. I left. I’m not getting suckered twice. Whomever the franchise owner is needs to know their employees are destroying the brand. Lazy, useless, and incompetent.
