I made a mobile order, it had to be ready by 5:28
Pm got there one minute before the time, i put my stall number, i saw they were taking longer with a car that was on a stall and the girl was apologizing it looked like she was the only one there so i was like ok in my mind i was like she may take a bit longer with me so i’ll wait…. but 30 mins went by and no movement so i pressed the red button and the girl told me something like they weren’t taking like orders on the stalls so i said i made a mobile order and gave my name, she said to go thru the drive thru i waited another 10-15 mins in line
So i was there like 45 mins and the sodas(3) tasted old and the fries tasted as if they were from the day before
I don't blame the workers they do the best they can! They probably over work them and now adays it’s harder to get people that want to work but still i would say its more the management they are the problem, they better be paying them good for doing their best to keep that location going!!
