The wait is generally little to none (depends on holidays), and the staff is so welcoming and respectful in my experience. Prices are moderate, depending on the plate, but not overly expensive. - CJColby JoeNov 8, 20252.0I only came here because Texas Roadhouse was packed like a mad house and so I figured it would be okay, service was good, food was not, they asked how it was, I showed them my raw steak that was supposed to be medium rare, and they offered to cook it again, but I refused because I don't send food back to the kitchen to be fixed, not ever, especially on steak, some cooks take major offense to that, I wish I could have rated higher, but when you pay 40 bucks for a steak, at a steak house, you would expect it to come out right the first time, not have to be sent back, it's literally their profession... Also, the steak could use a bit of seasoning, kinda bland if you ask me... I don't need it loaded with seasoning, but a little goes a long way.... Only reason I didn't rate a 1 star is because the waiter actually did a decent job, i even tipped him because it's not his fault. But paying full price on a raw steak makes me not ever want to come back. I smiled the best I could and told them no thanks to sending it back, but I live on the road and can't afford to get sick from someone getting their ego hurt that they didn't do their job correctly... Shrimp and baked potatoe however was good despite the situation.
