- DMD MMar 15, 20261.0I visited the drive-thru and asked the cashier if he knew what the burnt ends were, hoping for a quality check. His sarcastic response was my first warning. I was served two pounds of unrendered fat instead of properly smoked point. As someone who knows how a brisket should be rendered, this was a failure. It felt like I was being laughed at while paying for scrap. Won't be back to waste money on leftovers.

I kindly asked the cashier if she would honor them and was polite enough to check with her manager. The manager (a slender bald man with a baseball hat) quickly looked towards me and then vouchers and asked he to tell me no. I understand policy but he could have at least been kind enough to say it himself rather than hide behind his employee. Foods good, staff is good leadership isn’t leading.
