- MSManuel SantosNov 17, 20254.0Buenas costillas y brisket, pasables nada del otro mundo para mí el Bris que le faltó un poco más de sazón al igual que las costillas, pero si la recomiendo, que el sistema es después de ver el menú, ordena uno la cantidad que desee desde media libra en adelante de los productos que están en el menú, recomiendo el Side de puré de papa, está excelente, al elote o Corn le faltó sazón; después de ordenar es un comedor abierto es decir se sienta uno en dónde encuentra el lugar; de cortesía hay pepinillos chiles jalapeños, limones y la sodas son de refill así que conviene comprar el vaso chico no tendría caso comprar el vaso grande

The pork ribs were so tough and chewy and they were served at room temperature. The brisket was full of chewy gristle, and there was a LOT since I ordered a pound and a half of it. The brisket wasn't much warmer than those pork ribs. I would expect less than awesome meat if I was ordering 30 minutes before closing time, but our visit occurred during the noon hour when you'd expect the meat to be at optimal level. My wife and I spent $80 on very mediocre meat that did not represent the quality we expect from Rudy's. I'm sure our dog enjoyed it as his standards are a bit lower. 🙄 The only pisitive....the half pound of turkey was good.
