- EGEric GDec 31, 20251.0Ordered delivery, simple enough to order online. Somehow when the food got delivered it was someone's else's food. We ordered pizzas, wings and pasta. We got the pies but the wings were wrong and no pasta. Tried calling the store, but off course that was pointless since they never picked up. Hopefully this is not the usual way the new pizza hut does business. Oh as far as taste, none of the kids liked the pizza and the wrong wings were spicy hot they couldn't eat them. Thanks Ayvaz for the awesome New Year's Eve.

I hung up to speak to another pizza and finally got my order at 7:53 pm! A whole hour later after I had ordered! Then we check the pizza and I had ordered a medium pan pizza and a regular pizza and just got 2 burn regular pizzas! Never had this issue, I called them only for them wanting remake my order in 15 minutes but I wanted my refund cuz their boss “the one who does refund isn’t their” and to call the next day. So I’m going to stop by to show him the bad experience I had and return him these pizzas! I literally had to waste more money from somewhere else because my family was hung and I feel sick.

I called the store and spoke with an employee named Skylar to get it resolved. Instead of listening to the full issue, he focused only on the cheese part and kept telling me my order “didn’t show extra cheese,” even though that wasn’t the only problem. He became rude and frustrated with me instead of trying to help. Rather than offering any real customer service, he just pushed the issue back onto Uber and didn’t take responsibility for the quality of the food that came from their kitchen. Very unprofessional and not the kind of service I expect from Pizza Hut. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
