    Yesterday was a second time that I ordered here and the first time I had to wait 35 minutes for my order after The 30 minutes for my pizza will be ready had already passed. Yesterday I placed an order at 6:33 PM got there at 7 PM and it said my pizza was ready when I went in the guy at the counter told me it was going to take 45 minutes more because their oven broke. I told him there was no way I was going to be waiting for an additional 45 minutes which would have already made it past an hour and a half of my initial order. I requested my money back and he told me it will take up to 30 days for me to get my money back on my card. I let him know I needed a copy of my receipt so he gave me a copy. I told him it is so awkward that two months prior when I ordered same thing happened. Management needs to work on their equipment equipment to make sure it works and if pizzas are taking longer, they need to make sure that when people order online that it's updated and letting people know how long it will be before they get their order. Like that they will determine if they still want to complete the order or order somewhere else. This was a complete waste of time and I will not be returning to this place again. I am currently waiting for management to call me to see how they plan on resolving this.

    Tonight is the second time I've had a bad experience not just with papa johns but this place specifically. Delivery took three times as long because the driver apparently forgot the soda, after I spoke to the manager who assured me the pizza would be hot it finally arrived. Cold pizza hot soda. Thanks 👍🏽
