He called me several times (I had no idea who he was) but when I answered he never said anything so I just hung up after a few seconds of silence. But even though he never reached me by phone, he still never took the initiative to bring the pizza to my door (the apartment number is on the order). He took the pizza back to the store and the store never called either. So I called the store about an hour afterwards and just got told all of that, and that if I still wanted the pizza that it was under the lamp/oven. Almost $40 and a 20% tip and this particular driver could not bring the food to my door. Additionally, I just came to the store to get the refund receipt, and nothing but attitude from what I am assuming is the delivery driver.

The driver delivered to the wrong house and when I called about it they were gracious enough to remake and redeliver the order, but when the driver headed our way for a second time he called me and started going on and on about how he delivered to the correct house because it was at the end of the road with the white truck (parroting off my delivery instructions) -- I have a doorbell camera. He did not deliver to the correct house, he knows this. Upon re-delivery the sauce cups and soda were forgotten, which normally I'm like.. whatever, but after the ordeal of being lied to despite having proof otherwise and how expensive it was, I mentioned it to the driver. He said "no worries I'll be back!". He, in fact, never came back. I should've just gotten a refund and ordered elsewhere. 🫠

Went two weeks ago and they ran out of pepper bags. Today i asked and the lady said you have to pay extra… Really? I honestly prefer to drive over to the rushing location than coming back here. At least they take a little more care of your food.
