She didn’t want to honor the deal we had when it was their fault that our pizza was messed up. Beth was also very rude and hung up on me. Never want to do business with her again, the newer guy manager should be the one representing this business, not Beth… if she was the only manager here I would never come back. 1 star, just for her attitude and lack of customer service.

Tonight there was confusion on my order, probably my fault and they corrected it for free and let me keep the mistake. I know their quality and customer service has been a roller coaster ride at best but something is changing because tonight was a great experience. Kudos.
