I wanted double pepperoni extra cheese but couldn't figure out how to order pepperoni on top on the app so I called the store and advised them I wanted it on top and they advised they would take care of it. After I receive my pizza pepperoni was on bottom and very soggy and poorly cut. I reached out to the montwood phone number and a Stephanie answered and advised she was the General Manager of the store. I explained my issue and she advised they were extremely busy but her only solution was to offer a 30% off my next order. I advised her I wanted my correct order and she insisted she could only offer a 30% off my next order and that was it! As a General Manager she had extremely poor customer service. I issued a complaint online and have not heard back.

I made the order at 5:00 p.m. and requested pick up at 6:00 p.m. When I got to the store the pizza was ready but I still had to wait for the wings. Waited approximately 15 minutes, and the wings were not ready yet and this is after I ordered it at 5:00 p. m. I left the store wingless. The pizza was actually tasty. The New York crust was done well. The toppings we're plentiful. But if I could make a suggestion, get your wings up the street at Wing Kings. Cheaper, better and a whole lot less waiting.
