I said I was going to use my points to claim it. he said fine and told me to drive up. I get to the window and was told there to use my app not my phone number. I asked why he didn't tell me that when I was ordering at the window he laugh and told me to get back in line and use the app. I had to wait another 30 mins in the line. then when I got back up to him he used my phone. So you all lost a customer that has over 500 points. I will use my points then never go back again because of this experience. UPDATE!!! I tired calling three times and what waiting for someone to answer the phone for at least 15 mins. Dont tell me to call and not answer the phone. I cant wait to use my free points so I can delete my profile off your app,

Pay attention to when u don’t leave a tip and ask for the receipt she goes back into the account and she gave me a discount and then changed my total then went back and did my account but there was no discount on my receipt and when I asked her what she was discounting she said it was someone else’s account. So shady! First of all she’s was super rude so I didn’t leave a tip! That’s first time she even went in there and changed the name of the cashier. I know for a fact her name is Violet because she had a name tag and now she actually uses her real name. This last time I went her manager was there next to her but then when he walked away she watched him with her eyes and when is back was to her that’s when she went back into my account and did something odd then she went and printed my receipt. It’s crazy how she gives herself all kinds of tips because I never got no discount from her. She types my amount then adjusts it with discount but it still comes out to the same amount so where is the discount going to because I didn’t see one single change in my amount.
