Called the store person who said he was the manger told me he couldn’t do anything about it because the app is a different system than the store. Asked for the area office number he said he couldn’t give it out. Asked how I could get a refund and he said nothing I could do. I understand mistakes happen but to not be able to get a refund on products I paid for but didn’t get is really bad service. 5 guys is expensive so next time I’ll just use a BK coupon. Really disappointed.
