This includes requests for specific omissions or additions. If your lactose intolerant or have a milk allergy don't bother ordering plant based they forget and use regular milk. I waited over half an hour for a drink once only to have them tell me they gave it to someone else.

Other than that my order was hot and very tasty. This particular store is located in the same building as the University of Texas El Paso bookstore. It was clean inside and outside. The staff was friendly and efficient considering the large order they were fulfilling before I ordered.
