My only question is why can’t they clean the tables? I saw three tables that needed to be wiped off, and I just had to wipe one clean myself to sit where I wanted to sit (in view of the football game on TV). I know this is a common problem at all fast food places but for some reason it seems Einstein’s should be better than that. I’ll still go back occasionally but the dirty tables detract from the experience.

This morning the bagels were really disappointing. Not as soft as usual and the cream cheese was so thin you can barely tell its there. For the price they charge for the cream cheese, I expect to get a decent amount and I'm not asking for some crazy amount. The coffee is a dark roast but today it was very bitter and just tasted burnt. Overall, a disappointing experience for $20.

There were flies stuck on the lemonade containers and the ones that didn’t have a fly had stuff floating in the cup. I wouldn’t care to go back
