  I don't know how they are so awesome, but this is by far my favorite store in El Paso! You can tell the Bro-risras here love their job because I always feel welcome. My order is always right and I don't mind waiting in the long lines.Because they go very fast.

  Hello I just have to shout out the employees who work here. I placed an order on the app and accidentally sent it to the store on Paseo del Norte. The employees here at Woodrow bean were very understanding and were able to make me my drinks anyway. It was a special order from the secret menu and I was using my birthday rewards. I really appreciate the help. Thank you so so much!!!

  Ordered my drink at 12 waited almost 45 min for them to make 1 drink that I had ordered way in advance though the app worst service I’ve had since I’ve ordered here

  Special shout out to Nicole, Ella, Stella And Hailey , but this entire team is incredible. Everyone is so kind, sweet to my children who also look forward to seeing them and getting mommy coffee. I’m there way too often, and they rarely make mistakes, but if they do, they have no problem fixing it. Speaking of being in their way too often, remember that these are real people making coffee for you, to make your day better. Sometimes they are busy, be kind.

  If I could give more than five stars, I would. The Dutch Bros Coffee location is hands-down our favorite — and we go to Dutch Bros every single day, sometimes twice a day. We’re those customers with the pain-in-the-ass orders: sugar-free, decaf, Double Tortures and sugar-free, decaf Golden Eagles, usually four drinks at a time. Not once — ever — has an employee looked annoyed, rushed, or frustrated. Instead, every single person has been genuinely friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. Most of the staff recognizes us now and they’re extra chatty, upbeat, and just fun to interact with. The overall vibe at this location is unmatched. We visit other Dutch Bros around town, and while they’re good, this one is consistently the best — from customer service to atmosphere to the actual taste of the drinks. It’s clear this team cares, not just about getting drinks out fast, but about people. They make our daily routine something we genuinely look forward to, and that says a lot. If you’re anywhere near this location, this is the Dutch Bros to go to.
