- ACAna CalderonMar 5, 20261.0I always get the same girl to take my order, not sure of her name. But she’s ALWAYS in a mood. Every single time no matter what time it is, anything you ask her she rolls her eyes and gives the biggest sigh. In December I asked her if she could get add the cold foam and the holiday sprinkles and she rolled her eyes at me. Later that week I went and a sign fell on my leg and she LAUGHED and didn’t even ask if I was okay. I stopped going after the third time she gave me her attitude. Went back yesterday, surprise she’s still there and still in the worse mood possible. I asked her if the sour punch straws were sold out and she was like “Ugh here you go” I went back today and as always, she is in such a mood! They didn’t have sour straws anymore, and I asked her for a bobba straw and as always annoyed. And it’s not only her, half of the girls there are always in a mood. The guys are always super happy and chatty. Hopefully their attitudes change!

- OMO MFeb 19, 20261.0Yesterday evening around 7pm (Feb 18) My wife and I came to this location to get something to drink. Thankfully there was no lines of cars! For some reason the girl at the window taking our order was bit rude and bothered. After my wife told the girl what she wanted, she looked at me,( still seem bothered.) I told her my order, she repeated the orders back to us and rudely closed the window. We were kinda perplexed and confused of just happened. When she came back and gave us our order, I asked for her name, and she said " im not allowed to give out my name!" I straight out told her that she was very rude! Her response was "well im sorry to hear that!" I told her this was the last time we were coming to this location!! Her attitude was like she didn't give a damn about the whole situation. This girl that helped us had braces, and a pink sweat shirt on with no name tag! Not sure if your employees are required to wear name tags or not, but maybe its a good idea for y'all. On the contrary, the Dutch Bros on Montana and Chelsea are the best giving good customer service! Kudos to that team and management!! Maybe she need to be retraining on giving great customer service!!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
