  If a customer seems overwhelmed because they’re not familiar with the menu and need a little time, for the love of God, please offer to take the order of the person behind you if you can or at least tell them they have time. I get that they wanna speed things up by having people out there with their tablets, but there wasn’t even a line and not everyone is jacked on caffeine and ready to fire off orders right away. For the second time right now, I had this girl with the glasses and her tablet take my order and you can tell she was annoyed. She thought she was being discreet talking about me to another employee right after, but it wasn’t very discreet. If I see her the next time, I’m driving out of the line and going somewhere else. I know it’s not the end of the world, but I’d rather just grab an energy drink from the convenience stores nearby just to avoid feeling rushed. That being said, years ago when my dad was dying in the hospital, I was even more out of sorts and on the verge of tears, and the cashier reached her hand out to me and offered some comforting words. So for that, I’ll always praise that you guys do have some caring employees. Look, I’m not expecting a counselor or therapist to take my order, but I wish younger generations would stop treating customers like cattle and rush people who aren’t as familiar with menus. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, which is why I still give it four stars, but if there’s no line, please please pleeeeeeease don’t make a person feel rushed. Life is stressful enough.

  I had an unacceptable experience at Dutch Bros Coffee - 1122 McRae. I placed an online order for a Kicker iced coffee with light ice. Upon arriving at the pickup window, the employee was immediately unprofessional and dismissive. She refused to release my order unless I showed my phone with the order number, despite the confirmation email clearly stating that an order number is not required for pickup. I observed the employee prepare my drink and fill the cup entirely with ice, disregarding the “light ice” request. When I politely pointed this out, she responded with visible irritation, rolled her eyes, and altered the drink improperly by removing some ice and adding additional cream rather than remaking it. This resulted in a watered-down drink that no longer tasted like coffee. When I explained that the drink was incorrect and requested it be remade, she refused. She also refused to provide a refund. When asked for her name, she was hesitant and reluctant to provide it, eventually stating her name was “CYN.” I then asked to speak with a manager and was told she was the person in charge. I was forced to leave without receiving my drink and without a refund, despite payment already being taken. I also emailed the company regarding this incident and have yet to receive a response. This location demonstrated poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unacceptable handling of a paid order. Taking a customer’s money without providing the product or a refund is not acceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

  I ordered 15 minutes ahead.Got there in 20.My drink still wasn't ready yet.2 or 3 vehicles pull up, get their drinks made and are on their way before I get mine.This is the worst location for order ahead.It is pointless

  Typically busy mornings, but the staff are great. Seasonal flavors have been good as well, the hazelnut toffee mocha in particular. Very sweet though.

  Primera vez probando Dutch Bros. Probé el protein iced coffee y estaba bueno pero no me encantó. Tenía altas expectativas por las recomendaciones de redes sociales pero no era lo que esperaba. Quizás fue lo que ordené y quizás debí especificar lo que me gustaba para así ordenar algo a mi preferencia pero tampoco estuvo muy mal. De igual forma lo recomiendo ya que hay muchas opciones de bebidas las cuales no pude probar ya que estuve de visita. Recomiendo hablar con el empleado para que les indique lo ideal a comprar a su preferencia. Los empleados son muy amables y serviciales y el servicio fue rápido y eficiente. Los precios son excelentes y las porciones son muy grandes!
