- ARAndrea Heras Reyes6 days ago1.0Super SLOW! We waited over 15 minutes for 1 drink. The staff is friendly, and the drinks are good, but not worth the wait. We would’ve gotten out of the line it wasn’t for us paying when the order was placed. I watched over a handful of cars turning around from the parking lot after seeing the long line. I know this location can do better

It used to be so good but now, they have all sucked so bad, I end up dumping the whole thing. So disappointed 😞 **edit to add** I have tried to send a message on the app, it just kept spinning around telling me it would contact an agent. But it never did and after an hr it was just a waste of time.

- JJJADEFeb 19, 20261.0The service is SLOW, they wait until you're close to the window to take your order which causes longer wait times. The last time I went there was plenty of staff to prevent this. Also, they should allow the right lane for mobile pickups.

They need to work on their speed or apply a better system. They are not always consistent, they have given me lukewarm coffee (I guess it gets cold from waiting in line), or too milky, or too sweet, very seldom they make it RIGHT, and it doesn't matter if I customize my order, its always a hit or miss. I have given up.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
