  They always take too long even if you order through the app and it doesn't matter if you get down and get it at the window. They need to work on their speed or apply a better system. They are not always consistent, they have given me lukewarm coffee (I guess it gets cold from waiting in line), or too milky, or too sweet, very seldom they make it RIGHT, and it doesn't matter if I customize my order, its always a hit or miss. I have given up.

  We love Dutch, and we especially love Jocelyn! shes friendly and always in an amazing mood and recommends the best stuff to try. Attitude is everything!

  I don't understand the purpose of the mobile app for the order ahead feature when it tells you that something will be ordered at a certain time and then when you get there you still have to wait 10 additional minutes like that affects people heading to work at things like that's the purpose of it is expedited to speak things up. Before the 10 minutes it still take some 5 minutes to come to the window to ask if you're ready for a pickup. And now just finally writing this review after this happening multiple multiple multiple times.

  This is my favorite Dutch location! Wonderful atmosphere, every staff member always has a great attitude and service , always very respectful and polite even when they are busy. My son was having a bad day and they offered him a free drink to cheer him up , they encouraged him and also gave him a sticker it really made him smile 😊 I really love coming here , they already know my order lol Definitely recommend this over starbucks !

  So slow!!! This location is incredibly slow considering I counted seven individuals inside on a Saturday morning at 9:13 AM. I just left and was very disappointed. There were three cars in front of me and it took forever to receive my order. Then when I get to the window to get my order, everyone is laughing and smiling and nothing is made. I literally ordered five muffin tops and two drinks. One golden eagle and one lemonade. It should not take additional time once I get to the window to receive my order. Then when I said to them… It should not take this long to proceed two drinks and five premade muffin tops ….. everyone stops and just looked at me for another couple of minutes in shock. I told them I would keep the muffin top but they can refund my money for the lemonade because I finally got the golden eagle. Then I was told give back the muffin tops. I said no. I paid for them. Refund the lemonade or give it to me. I told them we have two options and they can decide if I get the lemonade or a refund for the lemonade. Which ever action is quicker works for me. Then an argument starts because they said they are not slow and I need to give the muffin tops back I paid for now. However, during all of this time not one person is working. All seven have empty hands and not one drink can be seen for those behind me. They close the window and I hear chatter. Then one young lady with glasses says just give her the drink it is right here. She opens the window and is kind and gives me the drink. I will never go back. There needs to be an evaluation of the process. Training is needed on actually executing making drinks and anticipating drink orders. It there was a manager or lead working today 1/17 at 9:13 ….. they need to be replaced and are not ready to lead.
