Took my money and handed me the change without counting it back. Placed the box on the counter. I said thank you have a nice day and all he did was walk away. NO common courtesy!

Then they forgot the hashbrowns so I had to go back inside to grab them. As soon as I went into the car I took the first sip of the latte and it was to most disgusting, bitter, tasting coffee drink I ever paid for!!!!! We wasted 40 dollars on warm flat forgotten breakfast sandwiches and a drink that looked great but tasted horrible! Only reason I put one star is because 0 isn’t an option!!!! Do better Dunkin’ because I will not be returning! EVER!!!!!

No. These kids don’t seem to care, and there’s clearly no one managing them. I’m done coming here — even if it’s convenient. If ownership doesn’t care, I’ll take my business somewhere that does.
