Very unprofessional and should be considered theft. I don’t mind tipping if I’m given the option to but for them to take it upon themselves to tip with someone else’s money is not okay.

We were just there to claim the free donut w mini tote bag, with our purchase of a beverage. We didn't immediately ask for the donut, because we were being respectful and polite letting the girl do her job, thinking at some point she would ask us what donut we wanted. But she didn't. So we asked about it and she said yes, but still failed to give us the promotional item. Another girl came to the window and said we failed to claim the promotion before paying and also stated that the promotion was only for iced beverages. Which was totaly false advertisement because that was not specified in their drive thru menu. Becareful and ask before completing the purchase.

Not only that but they charged me wrong and tried to argue that the price of the other drink was the same when the price of the drink I ordered is almost 2 dollars cheaper. Cassandra the Manager on duty on 12/19/25 at 0907 has no customer service skills. Attitude from the start till the end. If the leadership is this bad anyone can assume the rest of the staff is the same.
