I ordered an iced coffee with coffee milk, cold foam, and 4 pumps of Mocha Swirl, and it was missing both the mocha swirl and the cold foam. When I mentioned it to the employee handing me my order, he tried to clarify with the person who prepared it, or was preparing the drinks, but that person brushed him off and acted as if it was correct without even checking, but he did fix my order but to be honest this doesn't even taste like it has the coffee milk. On top of that, the bagel bites I received were cold. This happens far too often in other locations too. Many of us order regularly and expect to receive what we pay for, prepared correctly and at the proper temperature. Being brushed off by staff when bringing up a mistake feels unprofessional and frustrating. I don’t like causing scenes, but consistent mistakes and lack of care make the experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve better.

The girl manager was extremely rude, she doesn’t have customer service training, she lacks skills to be running an establishment like this. There are no donuts on display, munchkins are dry and have limited flavors, the hot chocolate is really watered down and extremely hot, so much, that you can’t carry it with out using napkins around it because they have no cup sleeves for hot drinks. Tried to pay with a $100 bill, the girl manager looked shocked that we were paying with cash and said it was store policy and general manager policy that they do not accept cash bills over $20. That is ridiculous. Will be calling corporate offices to see if this is a Dunkin Donuts policy or this girl had never seen a $100 bill and didn’t know what to do with it. Do yourselves a favor and go to Krispy Kreme’s instead. Service is better and donuts are fresh.
