Got charged for something different, and wouldn’t of known because there is no sticker on our cups on what we ordered and if I hadn’t asked for the receipt after I was charged, which by the way you don’t get unless you ask for it, the receipt showed a different order which cost more than what I had already paid for. Too bad the company doesn’t read these reviews or care because customer service at all Dunkin doughnuts has gone down hill.

The drinks are always fill a little bit more than half not quite where the drinks should be or look… way to much ice… the food it’s always colder.. hopefully management hire overall better knowledgeable employees in the nearest future.

I’ve kept myself from leaving a review thinking it would just be one or two times, but I come to this Dunkin very regularly and workers have been very rude here the past few months. Specifically this morning, we get cut off when we are in the middle of ordering. Once we get to the window, not one word is spoken other than to tell us what our total is. Aside from this I’ve had multiple occasions where I ask for bacon on my avocado toast and get charged extra for it, just to not have the bacon on my toast.
- VGViviana GomezJan 9, 20261.0Horrible service, some super rude girl with PINK hair this morning had a huge attitude.. so annoying, I ordered a large Duankalatte and a medium Mango refresher and got cut off half way through ordering, and when I got to the window I politely said, “Can I please add a bacon egg and cheese croissant?” And that rude girl said, “Why didn’t you just order it when you were at the window?” And honestly I’m not the type to even make reviews but this was so unnecessary, especially after having a rough morning.
