He made the mistake of not explaining what came in our drink and when we asked to add an extra shot of espresso he made it sound like we were stupid by saying “you don’t need one it already has one.” And when we asked for a breakfast sandwich he huffed. Then, we went to the window and was very rude when we handed him the card and giving it back. Not to mention, he forgot to give us our sandwich so when we went back to see if we could get it he practically threw it in our window. We are very understanding people and I for one work in the serving industry and will never write a bad review but if you hate your job and just people maybe you should consider a job change.
