    To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the repeated lack of donuts at your location. Over the past five visits, I have attempted to purchase a donut, and each time the employees have immediately informed me that there are none available. At this point, it has become a consistent issue rather than an occasional shortage. I understand that staff members are often busy and dealing with many responsibilities, which is why I prefer to voice my concerns formally rather than directly to them and risk disrupting their shift. However, it is difficult to understand how a Dunkin’ Donuts location can be out of donuts so frequently, especially during regular business hours. I am a regular customer, but this ongoing problem has become increasingly disappointing. I respectfully request that management look into product availability and ensure that customers can reliably purchase the items advertised. Thank you for your time and attention.

    I’m very upset with my experience today. Ended up ordering inside because the drive thru line was long. They gave my breakfast item to someone else when I went to the front to let them know I was missing my avocado toast the man was rude and they were still taking forever and I had to leave because I was going to be late for work with how long I had been waiting. & to top it off my coffee was completely wrong. I’m not one to complain and I know their mornings are busy but today could have been handled better.
