They claimed they called us but if we can't hear because of the noise they could have brougjt it to the table or called us again. The manager was eating in plain view of customers.

If the manager is the one doing the training is why it makes sense why all employee at this location are all the same with attitude. No thanks, eye rolls, using phones while talking to customers and just no basic manners. Seems they are bothered to assist customers with orders.

The employees at this location are absolutely terrible. Customer service is absolutely awful. INCLUDING your managers. If they hate their job so much, they simply should not work here.

As I’m typing this out they delivered my order incomplete missing an item and brought me a different item instead… never again

The management is ineffective and clearly unable to lead, and quite frankly, it needs to be addressed and replaced. The staff is rude, rigid, and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of basic customer service skills. There is no sense of accountability, empathy, or willingness to help. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had, and it reflects a systemic failure in both leadership and training.
