Showed up like 5 min earlier when the timer sent me the notification that it was ready I pulled into the window right behind a car that pulled in before me. The person order and paid at the window and guess what. My order was given to that person so that it wouldn’t hold the line but they made me wait another 15 min until my order was ready. Horrible customer service.

Waited over 10 mins for employee to take order even though I'm the only costumer and there are 4-5 employees. Took 30 minutes for food to be ready. Food was good, male employees taking orders were friendly. Not a good experience with female worker at drive thru.

I called 3 times. Bronwyn was the driver. I called the store and was told the driver would bring it when she got back to the store but they never came back to drop off what I was missing. Paid for delivery fees and a tip and for food I didn’t get.
