  Came to have a family night and had a wonderful time. Our server Nikki was an absolute sweetheart, it was a bit busy but she still made sure everything was okay and answered any questions we had. The manager Nate also came to check up on us, he was very nice and friendly. We definitely felt very well taken care of and would definitely come back again.

  Look, the food and games are great. The problem I had was that we were part of a large group for a kid's birthday party. We paid separately for our group of four but because it was a larger group overall, there was a 20 percent service charge added. Anyways, I ended up tipping on top of this. Some say the service charge was the tip included and others say that the service charge is for the restaurant. Which one is it Dave and Buster's? Not only this but we asked for a side salad for 5 dollars, but ended up receiving a large salad. When we asked the waitress, she said that she had written down a side salad. However, we were then charged for both a large salad and side salad, so 21 dollars instead of 5. I felt like I was nickel and dimed to death. It's a cool place but disappointed with this experience.

  Last night at Dave and Busters, was really nice! It was what I expected from them. My family and I ate and was thinking of desert. We were being helped by our server and then Joe the manager showed up as we were thinking of ordering the funnel cake fries, but we were hesitant because another restaurant on the westside that serves funnel cake fries, brought our order out overcooked, hard as a rock! We explained to Joe our hesitancy and he promised they would be great if we ordered them. The funnel cake fries came out and they were excellent! It was exactly what I was expecting and come to find out; he made them himself! Thank you Joe for going out of your way to help us!!!

  Great place to take your kids for a fun night out! Only reason I gave it a 4 star review instead of 5 is because most of the arcades are meant for very little kids so early teens are stuck with basic games 😅 but nonetheless really enjoyable place!

  We sat a the bar and ordered food with my date on 2/13/26. My date ordered a drink and they forgot to make it. Then after awhile they brought her food out and they said mine should be out soon. She waited for me to get my food and after over 10 min I told her to eat her food because her food was getting cold. We ended up sharing her plate and my food still never came out. I cancelled the order, and it seemed like a manager of some sort, had to come out and cancel the order with his key and the register. What bothered me the most is that he was right in front of us and it was obvious he was annoyed that he had to do that and he didn't even offer an apology. Games were fun, but don't go here to eat if your hungry. Probably wont be going back for awhile.
