I just had the worst experience today. Took my kid for a quick treat, a cone, a sundae, and a blizzard. We got the order to go, got our number and took a seat. We had been waiting for already 10 minutes when a large group of people walked in, they sat right next to us and immediately got a cone served to their table, we walked to the register to ask for our order, the manager, Eva, rudely said “we’re working on it”with with no further words. We sat again to wait and she walked to the other table right after with their order, so I walked to ask again because we got there way before them and non of our ice creams were ready, the second time we asked she just asked annoyed with a condescending voice “what did you even order?”after that reply we just asked for a refund, she sent one of the other employees. He acted way more professional than her, he apologized and completed the transaction, during all this process, the manager, Eva, never apologized or even acknowledged us standing there by the register, awful costumer service, never going back to that location.
