However today we were shopping & decided to go to the location on Montana. From the second we ordered, everything was just chaos. I couldn’t even get the chili dog because the girl couldn’t find it on the menu & decided to get the salad instead. Then, we saw our order ready, but no one ran it out until 10+ min of it sitting ready in the window. We ordered our ice creams with our meal but as a “wait to make” for after we ate our meal. I got an ice cream cone and my husband got a banana split. When he handed my me my cream, the top half just fell into my salad I was planning to take home and finish. We had to get another & wait an additional 10 min for the staff to make my husband’s banana split. The staff did not offer to remake my salad nor help me clean the ice cream off the table, we had to do it all ourselves. To top it off, when I went to the women’s room to wash the ice cream off of my hands, the sink sprayed me & got myself & shirt completely soaked. This is the most disorganized DQ we have ever been to. Workers are not sticking to one task, running around but it isn’t helping their times by anything. I think if everyone stuck to one task/station, the outcome could improve but instead it is just pure chaos. We will never return to this location and will solely only go to McCombs Street Dairy Queen.
