Tonight the first gentleman that helped us was so nice and the cashier was amazing at customer service but whoever the girl is, is extremely unpleasant and makes ordering uncomfortable due to her lack of joy. She slams everything and stares at you like you are a inconvenience in her day and its not the first time dealing with her but everyone else is sweet and actually know what customer service is.

I told him my name and he shook his head as though he was working on the order. I sat in the order pickup window over 20 minutes. Another guy came and he could not locate the order. Then finally a guy, named Dave, who claims to be a manager gets the order after I explained and I then pointed out the order sitting in the window look likes mine. He confirmed it was and I let him know that order was sitting there the entire time upon my arrival 15 to 20 minutes ago. I will never go back to this store because of the lazy careless employees. I ultimately canceled order.
