  This location has gone down on services. Got there at 9:45 pm and there was a good line of customers. We get to order and find out the ingredients we would like to put in our bowls are out. (Ingredients tomato salas, guacamole, sour cream, etc.) We then would've liked to order chips, but then get told they're out of those too. And on another note, the cooks were already cleaning the kitchen like they were getting ready to closed! I asked if they were still opened until 11 pm was informed they are. For a restaurant open late they don't act like it.

  While taking the order the cashier was more engaged with her conversation with her co-worker than taking our order. Chicken was burnt and chips were extremely stale. Absolutely terrible. Not to mention they were very stingy with the servings and store was messy. Do not recommend going to this location

  I would highly not reccomend this location it smelled gross and we got guacamole and it was really old u could tell it was out or freeze dried and the tortillas weren’t even cooked when we asked to give us some on the side it was horrible would not reccomend

  This place may take forever if you order on the app, but if you go in person they will have your order ready faster, overall good place to eat, they hardly get your order wrong unless you use the app, to which they will butcher it horribly, this place offers Mr.Pibb which most places don't. This place also has indoor and outdoor seating, they have different hot sauces available, This can get expensive of you add on the extra toppings My burrito cost almost $30

  I ordered a sofritas bowl from this location. For reference, I am vegan and specifically ordered sofritas due to strict dietary restrictions. While eating, I took a bite of what I believed was sofritas, but the texture and taste were immediately off and very similar to meat. I spit it out right away because I could tell something wasn’t right. Upon checking the bowl more closely, I found that there was indeed real meat mixed in. It was visibly pink on the inside, making it clearly different from the sofritas. I took a photo for reference. The difference between the meat and the sofritas is obvious. The meat is on the left side and the sofritas in on the right. I immediately felt nauseous and could not continue eating the meal. I rarely eat out, and this was meant to be a celebratory meal... After being vegan for a long time, this was extremely upsetting and disappointing. I cried, this was incredibly disturbing. I will be fasting after this. If someone orders a sofritas bowl, please understand it may be due to strict dietary or ethical restrictions. Cross-contamination or incorrect protein placement is not a small mistake. This was a very distressing experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone with dietary restrictions unless they can directly see the order being made. I ordered online. I originally gave the rating a 0/10 but after going back to the store and explaining what happened. I had my order remade and the person there was extremely empathetic and nice about it. She said she is vegetarian so they understood. My order was remade and the portions were big. Although they did forget the romaine lettuce in my order. I’ll let it slide. She made the experience better. I was also given a side of free guac. Thank you. You made my experience better. New rating is 6/10. I still don’t know if I’ll ever go back to chipotle.
