And after asking an employee if we can grab our food since nobody decided to take 1min to ask what’s the name another employee comes at me telling me I can not “step in” where he was. I wasn’t near him first of all and a pick up order is what it’s named for, to pick up and not wait. There was another lady waiting longer than I was who also agreed and said the employee allowed us to step in and grab our food. I did advise that employee if he didn’t want me to “step in” stop ignoring customers and help. You want to turn ur back to the front door hoping u don’t have to deal w customers don’t work at a customer based company. It took me seconds to look at the bag name which was in arms length from the register.

I would understand if the price was cheap but $17 just the bowl i would expect more. Never going there again
