Cuando llegue a pagar le hice la observación a la persona de la caja pues pensé que me cobrarían la doble ración de pollo que había solicitado y no me parecía justo pagar solo por las sobras que pusieron en mi plato. La persona que estaba recibiendo las ordenes a un lado de la cajera me dijo, que solo me iban a cobrar una ración que si quería dos tenia que pagarlas. Le aclaré que yo lo sabía. Pero entonces de tan rápido que atienden a los clientes no prestan atención a lo que les estas pidiendo. No les importa si te dan buen servicio o no, ellos le dan importancia a la rapidez. Pero de que sirve que sean tan eficientes en eso si el cliente queda insatisfecho con el servicio???
