The presentation looked as if everything had been carelessly tossed together, and the food itself was inexplicably soupy. By the time I picked it up, the bag was damp from improper handling. After a long workday, all I wanted was a simple, well-made meal. I usually go to the West Town Plaza location, but since I was leaving work nearby, I decided to give this one a try. Safe to say I’ll be sticking with West Town Plaza for my Chipotle fix going forward.

As someone with experience in food service, I was horrified. At least my food tasted good despite not being what I had ordered. 2/10, would not recommend this location.
