- JCJuan CarranzaJan 5, 20261.0Very bad experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill. I visited on January 5, 2026 around 8:20 pm (order #503). From the start, the employee who served me had a very rude attitude. I was standing there waiting and he didn’t even acknowledge me or ask me to wait. When serving the food, he was throwing it onto the plate, and on top of that, he was coughing while serving, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. I asked for lettuce, was told they didn’t have any, but at the cashier I could clearly see that they did have lettuce, and I was told it was only for take-out orders, which makes no sense. I also paid extra for guacamole, and as shown in the photo, it was already oxidized/dark, clearly not fresh. To make things worse, when I paid in cash, they gave me my change entirely in nickels, which felt intentional and disrespectful. Terrible customer service, poor hygiene, and low food quality. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

She changed her mind on what she wanted and the worker was so upset she didn’t even want to look at her and kept shaking her head even after the elderly lady apologized 3 times. She slammed the whole bowl into the trash and had another worker take over her order. Pretty sad to see the disrespect and lack of patience for elderly customers and she spent the rest of the time working in a corner on her own which was better for the rest of the customers who came in. Do better Chipotle worker!
