  We come often to this location. Over time it has gotten more expensive, but we have kept on coming. They have gotten more stingy with the portions, but we kept on coming. We have had to remind them to wash their hands before handling out food, but we kept on coming. Well, today we came again. We were told they had no red salsa. But they did, on the section where they prepare delivery orders. We pointed this out and a girl with glasses told us that that salsa was only for delivery orders not us. Seriously? Rude. What a way to lose customers. We not coming back. I wish the owner provided better training for the staff at this location. If you like to be mistreated and have your business taken for granted, this is the place for you.

  Bad service and they talk back to you after they mess up on your order they get an adittude and that's not good service .

  Poor customer service. Both employees were rude, and the portions were noticeably smaller than usual. When I mentioned that the steak portion was short, the employee got visibly upset and only added a tiny bit more—with a very rude attitude. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location. They really need to get their act together.

  Very bad experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill. I visited on January 5, 2026 around 8:20 pm (order #503). From the start, the employee who served me had a very rude attitude. I was standing there waiting and he didn’t even acknowledge me or ask me to wait. When serving the food, he was throwing it onto the plate, and on top of that, he was coughing while serving, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. I asked for lettuce, was told they didn’t have any, but at the cashier I could clearly see that they did have lettuce, and I was told it was only for take-out orders, which makes no sense. I also paid extra for guacamole, and as shown in the photo, it was already oxidized/dark, clearly not fresh. To make things worse, when I paid in cash, they gave me my change entirely in nickels, which felt intentional and disrespectful. Terrible customer service, poor hygiene, and low food quality. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.
