  We were just told we have to wait forty minutes to order because they had so many call in orders. What kind of restaurant turns away sitting customers to fill to go orders. Hire another cook to work evenings if you have so many orders. One for in house patrons and one for to go orders. It's the first time in my life I've been turned away from a restaurant like that. I suggest you make other dining arrangements. This place obviously doesn't give a shit about sitting customers.

  First time here today and it was amazing! We had the Patty Melt, Hawaiian burger, cheese fries and regular fries. We also tried the cucumber lemonade a d the Jamaica Agua fresca. Everything was fresh, the homemade fries were perfect. The patty melt was crisp and buttery, and the Hawaiian burger....so good. We also took the flautas to go. Very crispy and juicy. We will definitely be back! The waitresses were also very nice and helpful. I forgot their names, but shout out to them!

  The waitress was incredibly kind and very deaf-friendly, thank you so much alexa. From the moment I sat down, she made sure communication was smooth and comfortable. She used gestures, and was very patient while I signed or typed my responses. She made sure I understood the menu, the specials, and even checked in to make sure everything was okay during the meal without making me feel rushed or awkward. It was such a relief to have someone so understanding and inclusive it really made my dining experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find staff who are so considerate and willing to adapt their communication style. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends in the Deaf community.

  I’m not exaggerating when I say We literally waited 2.5 hours for sub-par burgers and terrible service. We waited for that long and the food wasn’t even hot. the wait staff and “management” gave the WORST service I have ever experienced. The waitress was rude and dismissive. We asked for things that were not brought to us at all and when we reminded her, not a single apology. I asked to speak to the manager and they brought a random man from the kitchen claiming to be the manager. I let him know about our concerns and he said “okay, and?” WORST PLACE EVER!!! When we brought up the fact that concerns were not being acknowledged, all the staff came to our table and laughed at us!!! Will NEVER come back here. Please save your money and skip this place.

  I came here recently and while the food was decent and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, what really made the experience stand out was our waitress. She was absolutely amazing alexa was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond for her guests. Honestly, I’d come back just for her service alone. She definitely deserves recognition (and a raise!). Servers like her make all the difference.
