  Took over an hour to receive our food. We ordered appetizers, and somehow they took even longer to arrive than our burgers. The restaurant was not even busy, with about half of the tables available, so there was absolutely no excuse for the excessive wait. When we first arrived, our table clearly needed to be cleaned. Instead of taking care of it, the waitress chose to clean other empty tables around us. We had to wait an unreasonably long time just to get her attention and receive menus. Throughout our visit, the waitress seemed far more interested in socializing and playing around with the kitchen staff than actually paying attention to her tables. The food itself was okay, but it was absolutely not worth the extremely poor service and the long wait time. We will not be returning.

  I called to check if they had $6 burgers and they confirmed. Called back 10mins later and I say I want to place an order - they act like they can only speak Spanish, bueno yo también- but they act like they can’t hear me. Whatever, I just place an order online and went to go pick it up. When I arrive they tell me it’s going to be 30 more minutes and ask if that’s ok - kinda felt like they wanted me to leave. I wait 35 mins at the bar before bothering the staff again, and I asked about how much longer. She said it’s going to be around 30 more minutes and that there was 4-5 orders ahead of mine. I politely ask to cancel and asks the guy next to me how long he had been waiting for - he said it had been 2 hours since he ordered ahead. After my order was cancelled I nicely asked the girl if it would’ve taken an hour to get served if I had just walked in for dine in. She said yes, but I doubt it - it was half full at best. And if true, who would want to dine in with that kind of wait times? Maybe it’s because I ordered a measly single burger? Or maybe it’s because they clearly don’t like orders to go? Either way if you don’t want the business just say that and stop advertising everywhere.

  Nunca jamás vengan en martes el servicio está súper lento duramos 2 horas en que nos diera la orden de plano muy mal servicio mínimo deben comentar que la orden va a durar mucho en entregar

  Love the $6 burger tuesday. Had the Pastor today with Chelitos fries. I couldn't even eat all of it. Awesome service, burger delivered faster than expected, great lunchtime experience.

  We dined in at this place yesterday, and after reading the reviews, my expectations were high. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant had a bad smell, and the floors were not clean. After we were seated, we were told several menu items were unavailable, and it quickly became frustrating—no chicken strips for the kids, no beer, no ranch (which they don’t offer at all), and no buns for the hamburgers at a hamburger restaurant. The taste of the food was decent, but nothing spectacular. The loaded fries were neither hot nor well-seasoned. Overall, this was our first and last visit. I would not recommend it.
