  Food was good, music was a little off putting. Wasn’t expected to hear hip-hop and pop in a Mexican restaurant when the speaker is blaring Spanish music outside the doors. I ordered jalapeño poppers and they were good but as big as the jalapeños were I would imagine putting at Least another half strip of bacon or two strips. It was one sad little strip that was hanging on for dear life. I didn’t get a refill on my drink until the end of my meal. The fries weren’t seasoned or salted. They Looked good but tasted like they were undercooked. Bbq burger was Very good. Wouldn’t change a thing

  We truly loved the food — every dish was delightful and best prepared. The service was exceptional, and Alexa was absolutely wonderful 🤩 — attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Chilito’s is most certainly a place to gather with family and friends — inviting, vibrant, and full of heart. We will definitely be returning.

  My coworkers and I visit Chelito’s all the time and I feel like the quality has gone down drastically in the past few weeks that we’ve ordered food. And not only that, I place online orders to save me the wait time because I go during work, and idk if they just forget my order or ignore the ticket or what but I’ve had to wait 10-15+ minutes even after I get a text saying my food’s ready for pickup. I get it, it happens, but it’s especially annoying when the restaurant is clearly not busy. One time we had to wait 30 minutes for an online order of 3 burgers, we waited, I asked them if they wanted us to come back and they said yes come back in 20 minutes, and the second we walked back to work, they call us not even 3 minutes later that our food’s ready. It had only been about 5 minutes, so we had to walk all the way back. And when I get my food it was obviously rushed, i.e. the cheese barely on the patty, messy presentation, OVERLY salted, etc. My burger was exceptionally bad today, it tasted like whatever chemicals they use to clean the griddle, and I can’t afford to get sick right now. And not to mention the actual restaurant smells like literal feces. I’m done, I’m annoyed hahaha

  This place has some of the best hamburgers I’ve had—juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were very satisfying. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying a great meal. A special shoutout to Alexa for her excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude truly made the experience even better. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re craving a great burger and top-notch customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍔👏

  It was very busy when I showed up, and Chanti was on it. Cleaning tables, running the register and serving the food. People were sitting, and people were ordering at the register. She was handling it all! We came from California, id recommend the flautas. My girlfriend really enjoyed the burger. Prices are extremely good too! If I was drinking i would have ordered a michelada!
