After tonight I still think you need more staff, our wings were missing sauce & were on the colder side. We were so hungry we ended up eating them as is because our server wasn’t coming around. AC was also blasting when it’s cool outside, it makes the food get cold even colder faster. I’d like to delete this review later and leave a 5 star review if things change.

He said he was going to look for my order and then simply disappeared for 10 minutes without giving me any update. I eventually had to find a waitress, who was actually very kind and managed to find my order in less than a minute. Terrible management at the front, but shout out to the waitress for saving the day.

The ranch is not homemade, it’s hidden valley ranch. The southwest sauce doesn’t taste the way it usually does. Something is always off. Never consistent service or food.
