  I order online and the order is not complete miss a nachos call to the store and don’t receive any solution and supposed the manager call back and never received the call, i call again next day and the same situation no solution I only want my points back I expend 1500 for the food net received the worst manager

  Acabo de llegar con mi comida... No esta barato como para que me den papas viejas.... se sienten chiclosas. Las alitas bon-less muy pequeñas. Realmente desepcionante.

  Experience was not great from the moment we walked in we didn't know where to go as the hostess was not in her position or no clear area where she was ro be located. The tv volume was so loud and the restaurant was not even full or loud. The booth cushions are falling apart. My husband's beer was flat and he was told there was no more. Our server was friendly but service was slow we waited a while to inform him about the drink. I ordered 10 wings and only got 9. It was disappointing overall as this location used to be good but it has been yrs since we've been. Will probably be v visiting a different location next time.

  Went to eat there tonight… We had to seat ourselves. I didn’t even look that clean. It took about 10 to 15 minutes for anybody to come out and even take our drink order. They forgot our appetizer when Our food came out. Took forever to even get the appetizer. Our server took forever to even come and check on us. Half the staff look like they didn’t even wanna be there Or just looked pissed off to even be there. We sat there with empty plates, waiting for the check for another 10 to 15 minutes. Do not recommend at all…

  This time I'm going to talk about the terrible way in which the manager according to her solved a problem today when I was going with my family to dinner. She doesn’t investigate the situation because I didn't see her ask about the situation that was happening to either of the 2 parties, she assumed and incidentally threatened that if we continued with our attitude she would ask us to leave the place. The other couple arrived after us, a couple of young people who pushed me on 3 occasions with the wall of the booth that was broken, we had no balance and both the boy and I said that we were pushing each other and it's uncomfortable to eat like that, I don't leave my house to see who I argue with but I don't like to be bothered either and even less when I’m eating, without more, the manager made it clear that the one with the attitude was her with her threat so I told her that I wanted to eat with my family that she needed to leave our table. I DON'T GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY WITH THAT MANAGER AND WITH THE FURNITURE THAT THIS PLACE HAS, WHICH CAUSES PROBLEMS AMONG CUSTOMERS. When I told her that she needs to fix the furniture for the customers, she ignored me. How horrible!!!!!
