- MMMareaApr 23, 20192.0We came in one hot Sunday afternoon, and while we do understand that since people are coming to get ice cream so you probably don't want your place to be cold but I don't think you want it to be hot either. Well, we walked in hoping to find refuge from the heat but to our disappointment, the place itself was hot. There was a line to begin with, it was long enough that the queue already reached the door, and it did not help that the guy manning the counter doing a one-man show was taking his sweet time. A bit more slower and you would think you were seeing him in slow-mo effect. We ordered two banana splits. I got to order first and by the time the second one was done, my order has already melted---yeap, it was that hot in there and he was that slow. We would have wanted to stay but it was just too hot, so to make matters worst we let our banana splits melt, drove home instead. I love Baskin-Robbins, but my experience at this location was just such a turn-off. I hope they make some improvements to their staff scheduling and overall store experience. With the hot weather here, one can expect for places like this to see an increase in customers. Hence, the need for more than just one staff.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
