Associates were slipping behind the counter from a dirty floor. Asked for chocolate chip ice cream was told they didn’t have any. Asked for Wild ‘N’ Reckless ice cream they didn’t have (the girl said they didn’t have ANY sherbet) Asked for a turtle ice cream for my kids they didn’t have any. Asked for a waffle cup they didn’t have any. Asked for caramel they didn’t have any. So I asked what DO they actually have and Ulysses laughed at me and said “just pineapple and strawberries and what you see on top” (which wasn’t much). The chocolate topping was burnt (you could smell the burnt chocolate throughout the restaurant). I got upset at the fact that these kids found it to be “funny” that they didn’t have anything. I then asked for a managers number or a way to contact management and the young guy laughed and said “we can’t give out that information” I asked for both their names so I can contact a manager at a later time they laughed again said they couldn’t give that information. I told them it was ridiculous that they didn’t have anything for the customers and that I always went there and Ulysses the female said “really you come here because I’ve been working here for 10 months and I’ve never seen you” I then asked for corporates number because I was DONE with these kids. And they said they could not give me that information. I’m EXTREMELY upset and EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service I was provided. If young kids will be hired by this company they should have supervision. Apparently the name of the manager for the store is “Stephany” according to the guy behind the counter who wouldn’t provide me with his own name. How true that is? I’m not sure. Only reason I know Ulysses name is because of the receipt I got from my transaction.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
