Girl #1 has her face so feel in her phone texting she doesn't even look up when I say hello. The other two have their backs to me, and also don't turn or say anything. I say it louder, phone girl who also has a waffle cone in her hand along with ungloved hands and her disgusting PHONE, looks up, doesn't say anything, I tell her what I need & she didn't say anything toe, but said, "guys, she's talking to you" and plants her face right back into whatever she is texting about. The other two giggle & finally give me the order, and I ask for another small thing & by girl #2 was greeted with silence, didn't give what was requested & then giggled when I told her that it wasn't right & walked away. Maybe you should have employees that will carry your brand, not ensure you'll never spend your money there again.just saying. 🤷🏼♀️

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
