- AAAnonymous Am6 days ago1.0The tiniest scoops of ice cream in the banana royale. Ordered a banana split and they got every single flavor wrong. Asked for strawberry as a topping and was nowhere in it. Very unfriendly service as well. This store appears to have no management either.

Received a text from the driver that this location only had the mint variation. Couldn't cancel the order, as it was already paid for. Tried calling this location for the order to be made, but the line was constantly unavailable. This location forcefully exchanged my order for a cheaper oreo cake, for a net loss of money on my end. Not having the correct item happened on a previous occasion, but they finally made the order after I reached out on the phone. This time, however, there was no direct communication possible with them. The delivery driver later said there were a couple young girls working there, but no manager, and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. If you do not have the capacity to make an item as advertised for ordering, do NOT advertise it. I used to be a regular customer here, but if you are unwilling to take a basic phone call to fix issues with product availability, it is not worth the trouble anymore.

The rest seemed as if they poured half a bottle of chocolate fudge. The picture I took was in the car right after I started eating. I was looking for the ice cream! I can’t tell you how upset I was to have paid $38+ dollars. The young man that was at the drive through was very friendly - that was the only good thing I could say about this location.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
