- LWLaura WhittleJan 3, 20261.0Went to Arby’s ordered 4 classics asked for extra Arby’s sauce and I was given horseradish sauce. Called and Jewels was extremely rude. Telling the customer do you understand what I’m saying??? With attitude. She said she couldn’t make it right. Spent my New Year’s Eve hungry and out of my money. Said her district manager John Jonathan could not make it right. Wow lousy customer service when the worker yells at the customer.
- JOJosh OrtizNov 9, 20252.0Burger I ordered tasted as if it had been microwaved for about an hour. The fries had also been sitting out for quite some time. Beef and cheddar sandwich was decent and so were the jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks.
