They sent me to get a refund and some guy was giving attitude asking why do I want to refund it all. The water got all on us and he asked that!!!! He was rude and had nasty behavior with the customer. Plz never buy there. He was in a power trip. Oh and his acquaintance Omar, was the one who started everything. Oh sorry here the story: a customer a lady try to buy a bear cup his early morning when she grab the cup and was ready to pay for it another customer grab the straw said she was there first, and it was hers. Then her companion Omar start being aggressive to the young lady, when he saw she wouldn't give away the cup Omar then call the supervisor by name Eddie to take the cup from the lady. Of course she didn't want to give it back cuz she had it with her and she just needed to paid to go home but Eddie apparently had other intentions cuz he even call police. It was a mess all for a bear cup. Bad customer service and favoritism not to mention all the nasty comments from him and the 1st lady that make all the incident. Oh and Omar disappeared as soon as police came to the scene strange doesn't it.
