In this instance I ordered a birthday cake with custard filling and when we cut it we realized there was nearly none inside. I called the bakery and they asked if I could bring it in right then at 8PM but that even then they’d probably only be able to offer me free ice cream. I will unfortunately have to start getting my cakes elsewhere.

I eventually had to go get her myself, just for her to refuse the sale without even looking at my ID. I regularly use this same ID at Specs next door with no issue. I was also purchasing a birthday cake and ended up leaving without my full purchase. This experience was really disappointing. I have my tabc and understand how selling alcohol works but my id wasn’t even looked at.

Now it doesn't. I have to wander about the store or seek help when I occasionally shop for anything that I'm not familiar where it's kept. When I first used the app it had exactly where the item was at & how much was in stock. It's an adventure for me to come to Albertsons because the store was centrally located in my section of town. For years it has moved on the outskirts to a large developed area and it's 20 minutes to get here & 30 minutes to get to the next closest Albertsons so I don't regularly shop here anymore and it's really inconvenient when I adventure here & an item is out of stock or unavailable. Please upgrade the app to show availability & the location of the item in the store. Thank you

I placed an order for a cake showed up a little early to pick it up and while I stand there waiting for them to find my order and/or find my slip they cannot fi d it. All the while getting lectured by one of their employees that "this is why we give you the paper." I go home and get the paper and return not even 10 minutes later to this woman Rosemary saying that the other lady found my paper and that I had canceled it earlier this week! If this were true then why wasn't this paper found in tbr 20 minutes that I was standing there and they wait til I leave to produce it? Why would I call to cancel an order.... all just crap and end result my son didn't get a cake for his birthday... well at least not from Albertsons!
