  They took my order incorrectly, and then I overheard them mocking me to their coworkers, saying they had repeated the order and that I had confirmed it. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. I didn’t appreciate being treated that way, especially when the mistake wasn’t mine.

  The worst customer service I’ve experienced!! Management is nasty to their employees. Witnessed directly. It seems like they maybe related which makes sense for them to act so nasty with other employees.

  Maybe 🤔 just maybe the location needs to become drive thru only service is so bad no acknowledgement what so ever when you stand in the line to order I get it they are busy but a I’ll be right with you would be nice I’m not trying to sound like a Karen just a piece of mind

  Picked up 2 dozen variety donuts this morning on way to work. Donuts were hard as a rock!! Definitely served me left overs from yesterday! Went back to get replacements & employee was very rude & wanted to give me refund for 1 dozen!!

  I really wanted to enjoy my coffee and read here while waiting for a nearby shop to open, and the staff couldn't be friendlier—they were very welcoming. However, this is unfortunately the dirtiest location I’ve visited. There is trash on the floor and every single table is dirty. It’s a real bummer because the service is great, but the environment makes it hard to want to stay and sit.
