  Manger that was on duty today was absolutely rude. I was picking up an order for door dash and manager was rushing me to pick it up. It was overwhelming. He needs to relax and work better on introducing customers to the store.

  I stopped by tonight to order two protein refreshers. When placing my order at the drive-thru speaker, I spoke with one of the employees (not Valeria). I clearly explained how I wanted my drinks, including asking for a small amount of the concentrate they use, and specific instructions—one drink with light ice and the other with no ice. However, she kept interrupting me while I was explaining, and when I asked to confirm that it would be made as requested, she told me that’s not how they prepare the drinks and refused to accommodate my request. I explained that I’ve ordered this way at other Dunkin’ locations without any issues. When I got to the window, both drinks were made the standard way, not how I requested. I asked again for them to be corrected, and at that point Valeria came to the window. I repeated my request, and she mentioned there would be an additional charge, which I agreed to. She remade one drink but not the other, so I had to ask again. Throughout the interaction, there seemed to be frustration from the staff, even though I clearly stated I was willing to pay any extra cost. I also showed my app for payment, but it felt like I was being ignored. In the end, I was told I would be charged again, which I again agreed to—I just wanted my drinks made the way I requested. I’m honestly confused as to why there was so much resistance and frustration over a customized order, especially when I was cooperative and willing to pay any additional charges.

  I love this dunkin. They are always smiling especially the morning crew the team is amazing.

  came here a few times and every time they make their job so difficult. I came once and they had to take my drink back 5 times to fix it and they still couldn’t get it right. They need today start hiring people who actually need jobs instead of these high schoolers that i’ve seen here at this location.
